Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  We reserve the right to refuse shippments of products that are too large for our current shipping providers.  If one of these items are placed on order, and paid for, and we can not ship it to you, we will refund your order right away and work on finding you a supplier that is closer to your location that might be able to get it to you.  

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Used Equipment

We will not ship used equipment.  Used equipment is available for in-store pick-up only.  This is why used hydroponic equipment can not be added to your shopping cart.  This is due to the fact that all used garden supplies are an "as-is" sale, with no guarantees or warranties.  We encourage customers to take the time to test the products for themselves and varify the product works.  Because the item might get damaged in shipping, we do not take the risk of something going wrong between us and the customer.  

In Store Pick-Up

We have in store pick-up available to customers living in Arizona and Colorado.  If in store pick-up is selected on check-out, we will contact you immediatly and let you know at what time your order will be ready.  If you are in Colorado we will confirm if you want to pick up in Ft. Collins, or in Greeley. Order are typically ready with-in 24 hours of placing your order unless the items that were ordered are at a second warehouse location or back-ordered from the supplier.  In this case these orders can take up to seven (7) business days from the day the order was placed.  Please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions about our in store pick-up process.  602-340-7591
